The camera house staff went above and beyond for me to recover lost photos i thought that i had lost on my SD card. I always find them friendly and they are always able to answer any questions I may have. I have purchased my nikonz6iii as well as many accessories and are very happy with the cost of the items and the quality. I would absolutely recommend Camera House and will continue to support local businesses.
This review is in relation to the experience in having film developed and scanned. Other aspects of the place are fine and unless the film side of things applies to you, I'd have no issue in recommending this place. TLDR: Loss of negatives, no denial of their part in loosing them (staff also clarified that SEVERAL people had the same happen; reassuring!) however no offer whatsoever of anything to compensate for the loss other than a half-hearted apology delivered with a smirk. Had My Nikon z 611 Sensor Cleaned, by the young man Andrew, he was very polite and did a great job on cleaning my sensor, as I had a smudge on it I could not remove. Great job Thankyou Andrew.
