I make every effort to shop and support local vs. shopping online. I'm even willing to pay a little more do so and I always post a positive review when I've had great service. When the service is a bit so-so, I let it go. Anyone can have a bad day. BUT this is quite possibly the worst customer service and least knowledgeable staff ever, and it wasn't just one single day. DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE!! When they give them to you they look darker, like they needed more light. It doesn't seem to be a big problem because you think the passport center will fix it, but it's the opposite. The picture in your passport ends up being WAY WAY darker than you ever thought it could be. No way to change that. I am very upset. Better go to Shoppers, Staples or a different place.
Went to Camera Craft to get my passport photo. I needed a digital photo. The guy didn’t even ask me if I needed a digital or physical copy. Just took my picture and handed me a physical copy. When I went back to ask for a digital version he was super bothered and rude and said I didn’t qualify. You don’t qualify for a digital photo , you need it to apply online. Wasted $20. Would not go back.
What a great family shoppe! Im from out of town? My truck broke down right out in front of his store. Middle of winter. Came out with a battery, Batter charger, stayed to make sure we got the service we needed. And let us stay in the shop to warm up. He showed us around his gallery, And shared some great conversation. Just a wonderful family owned business.
