Outside now 85F, they still did not turn on the AC. In apartments from the south side we have hell (maybe 90F). They never care, dirty garages, maintenance guys do nothing!! One of them, the smaller one (I do not know the name), completely invisible. I see him maybe twice a month? when I ask how many hours they work, they smile. Chaos in general , laziness and lack of competence every day. The worst building in which I lived
the second elevator doesn’t work… how many weeks??! $ weeks!!! not the first time !! Looks like no one cares about it! The first is ugly and filthy.. when will be repaired floor in this elevator?? Never? AC doesn’t work correctly! What this time? Pump? Compressor? Lack of knowledge?
