I have lived here for 18 years and had no major issues here aside from having one or two packages stolen, in all that time. I wasn't too thrilled with the previous property management company - which many of the reviewers below have complained about - but in the past year or so there has been a new association and they seem to be better than the previous one. The building is dated. It is kept really clean. Unfortunately if they claim your unit is causing a leak or what not, you are charged without getting to see any invoices or speaking to the repair person. Which is really scary. If you would like to have your ac checked out for cleaning, good luck with that. Nobody is ever available to let a workman on the roof. The people are very nice that live there. I live here and some people in charge are a joke. I'm specifically referring to parking restrictions. If you have people over, you need to call before 10pm and pay $5 for each car. God forbid you have last min guests at night, it's not possible! You don't have to pay if you call before 4-5pm, like I'm planning this ahead of time. Of course weekends don't apply, you have to pay no matter what time you let them know. It happened so many times that even if you call, the car might still get towed.
