I really like Dr. Harvey. I used her for years and was always happy with her, but I had to stop going to her because of the consistently poor attitude displayed by her front office staff. They treat you like you're bothering them and make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was the case over the years I went to her office. I would never hire people like this to be the face of my business. It saddens me because I really like Dr. Harvey, but I'm not going to pay good money to have to deal with this.
My daughter loves Dr Harvey and will only come here. She wants to try contacts this time as well as replace the lenses in her current frames if needed. We were also a little late to our appointment (possibly 15mins) they were kind to us and still saw us.
Awful! Awful! Awful! How you treat people is important. I was a new patient & had never been to the office. . . When I walked in, no one greeted me, smiled, looked up. . .no one cared that I was there. I had to approach the desk & wait for someone to even look up. The oldest staff person is rude, condescending & even asked me medical questions & for personal information in the open waiting room while others were present. Do not go here! You will not be treated kindly or with respect. Do not go!
Would not recommend taking your children to Dr. Harvey. I have had three separate occurrences in which either Dr. Harvey or her staff have been very rude to my children and I. Her clientele should be limited to adults as she doesn't have the proper patience or skill set to work with children.
