I am a new tenant and I am very pleased with my unit, any concerns I had Raquel was there to assist, assure and take care of the problem. She has followed up with any request I have had and a very pleasant Property Manager to have on site ! She’s understanding and cares about tenant comfortability. I look forward to my stay here !
Raquel is an amazing property manager! My daughter and I absolutely love her. She is always professional, caring, and quick to respond. No matter what request or concern we have, she's on it right away. If Raquel gives you her word, you can trust that she'll follow through. It's hard to find someone so reliable and dedicated these days. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are taken care of. We appreciate everything she does and highly recommend her!
Interactions and communication with Property Manager Raquel and any other property staff has always been very positive and professional. All requests are addressed in a timely manner. There are often seasonal offerings like the summer essentials bag. I can tell that they are trying to cultivate a community environment. My children and I have been able to make our apartment a safe haven and a home.
The manager Raquel is very rude and disrespectful. Has no customer service or people skills.
