The manager Raquel is very rude and disrespectful. Has no customer service or people skills.
I visited a "friend" and I can honestly say that I was petrified. I live in the "hood" and this was way worse then my neighborhood hands down. From the outside it looked ok but then that door opened and I thought I was in a nightmare. I will never visit this complex again. Unless I am in a hazmat suit.
