When I take a shower it takes almost 30 minutes because the temperature in the water changes, it either gets really cold or really hot, I spend more time adjusting water than showering. The water pressure is very low . My windows don’t stay up, my patio doors needed to be replaced 3 years ago. I have plastic bags between the doors to close up the opening to keep the cold air out which causes me on cold days to turn my heat up more. Most horrible place to live. Avoid at all costs. Dirty. Vandalism. Bad neighbors. High rent that increases no renovations. Drugs. Leaks EVERYWHERE inside and outside. Dirty walls in hall. Stinks. Deserves NO stars. CAUTION. WARNING. BEWARE. Below is a picture of a few of your neighbors, bring cheese! No exterminator in months.
So here is the full story on this investment company/family ownership/property management group. They are call Stonelock Properties LLC or Oak Realty LLC. Oak realty is their LLC for collecting payments and Stonelock is the so called property management group. Do not come in to this building or get a lease. Since Day 1 I've had four property managers.
