Park only cares about getting their rent checks. Does not care about the residents at all. Latest example is making everyone remove their kiddie pools in the middle of a heat wave and coronavirus while the "Community Pool' has been shut down for 2yrs even after raising rent to repair the pool, fix roads and fix the play park in jan 2019. no repair have been done to any of it. Ive lived here fo 15 years. Its always been a nice quite family place to live. In the last 2 years there has been alot of new companies buying and selling this place. The owners now and all employed by them are rude as hell. Streets are never plowed or salted. No one is ever in the office anymore and the door is always locked now. They are very sneaky as well. They and their legal deparment fail to comply with regular regulations as well. I wouldnt move here if i had another choice.
RecommendedWe moved into this park in 2018, the park has been taken over by new company. There is a lot of renovations been done, neighbors friendly, it’s a very quiet park, nice pool, very nice club house. Responsive maintenance , we’ve soon lots of wildlife since it’s on outskirts.
Very unprofessional, DO NOT RENT HERE at all costs as good as it may seem, bottom line.
Lived here almost a year. Other than the lack of plowing ability's its a peaceful place to live
