Great community. However, the clubhouse has been closed for well over a year and there are no plans to repair/reopen it anytime soon. The pool is long gone, and the playground outside is bolted shut. Just be aware of that you’re not getting a clubhouse if you’re thinking of living here.
Closed for over a year…why would they advertise it or use as an incentive to renters…I have no idea.
Pay regular monthly HOA fees, but very iffy when we've tried to go... closed for maintenance! Staff is rarely available or on site. Overall, managed poorly by ACS (Advanced Community Services).
