If I could give them a negative score I would. They allow your neighbors to have cameras pointed in your yard, at your windows and doors. They also change the rules to whatever they want. When I complained about parking spaces and how my neighbors won’t share the visitor spot, they sent me an email back with a whole new “parking rules” that are NOT in my lease. My niece moved here as a first time renter. They did her so wrong and took advantage of her being young and naïve. They lied trying to add on damages and never gave her security deposit back. They also got her out of hundreds of dollars by lying charging her $40 a day late fees with no cap. They had her owing almost $5000 all late fees and threatened to garnish her checks after she moved.
