Watch out for fake evictions. The manager loves to scare people into thinking that they’re going to be homeless. She never really follows through with taking them to court. Nor is anything she does legal Instead of arguing with her and Dealing with her, trying to illegally kick me out of my property I found another home. But just be cautious lots of love
If you want to live here don’t! They keep upping the rent and nothing is being fixed, then you have managers that harass you and threaten to put their hands on tenants. Along with if you have felonies the owner don’t want you there so don’t apply. They do not have a playground or pool. This place is 100% a joke and runner down.
The owners refuse to pay for anything that needs fixed PROPERLY. They would rather save a penny than provide a proper place for their tenants. I wonder what the EPA would say about not having the proper people taking care of their treatment plant. The owners let the tenants threaten the on site manager on a daily basis. Do not live here! The tenants blame the on site manager for their bills not getting paid. The people think they can live there for free and do what ever they want and the owners let them!
