We moved here after looking for a long time and the main reason we did is because we meet the wonderful lady Nayomi she was so incredible helpful and was always ready to answer any questions we had very impressed with how professional and kind she is

The rent went from a little over $400 to over $500 in three years. I am so, so tired of the water constantly getting shut off. The people who run the office are unhelpful to the point of being rude. They won't fix problems that are their responsibility but leave naughty notes on everyone's trailers. Up to and including threatening to tow our vehicles away if someone is late getting their yearly tabs. Y'all don't notice the fallen tree branches all over the property but you spot expired tabs and make threats? Insane. Never ha... read more
