Rent has increased exponentially over the 4 years I've been here. There is no pool or community room and the only utilities they pay is trash/recycling. You are responsible for the yardwork (even trimming the trees?), weeds next to a fence that's city owned, fixing the sidewalk and driveway, even though you're paying for lot rent. The playground and dog park are full of wasps/bees, people drive through here way too fast and you have kids flying around on scooters almost getting hit, I could go on and on. My experience here has been good and bad. My skirting in the back side of my trailer came off the tracks immediately after I moved in.(3 yrs in oct).They got somebody here to fix it And a day later it was off the tracks again Due to the wind. The tracks need to be reinforced and I feel it's their responsibility being It's never been fixed the right way from the beginning,They want Me to do it. Lot rent is outrageous, management frequently lies about what is and is not acceptable in the park, the water is constantly turned off because they never bothered to update the pipes in the park, and they locked up the community bulletin board, making it so you can't post fliers.
