Have lived here for years ! I appreciate the prompt service of the office and maint staff . The property is kept up very well . The new community manager Angie is Great !! Amy and Mrs. Booker are always quick to respond and helpful if I need anything. I love the pool in the summer and the play ground for the kids ...
Great place to live ! Close to everything, great school district ! Incredible service and staff!
Place is horrible. Management is the worst. Trying to resell units that are badly water-damaged and have black mold. When they do tear a unit down they never have the proper permits , and don’t use the wet down method to control the dust, exposing other residents to whatever contaminates were present in the home being torn down . They are currently trying to sell 568, a known hazardous trailer.
Staying at a friend's home to help him out, had visited the office to do some paperwork, was treated nicely by office staff
