The place is trash. Management doesn't care about the residents. Have a neighbor who violates almost ever rule, police know who they are. They stole from neighbors. Have a round of guys in and out. And despite 7 neighbors complaining with photo and video proof the property owners did nothing. As long as rents paid I guess you can do whatever in here. Only thing consitent is yearly rent increases and things ignored. If you move here, cameras are a must.
this place is the trash community of Portage Indiana. its not the neighbors that are trash its the MANAGEMENT. No matter if you just mowed your grass on Wednesday or Thursday they will write you up and charge you $50 to $60 to mow it if you dont have it done by Monday morning. They dont even deserve the 1 star but it wont let me post ZERO STARS. This is your warning go anywhere else but this park to live.
