Terrible experience - no communication. Had our (expensive) engagement rings dropped on a Saturday and told we would get a quote… 5 days later still nothing. Mind you this was just for two rings to be resized by a size down! Very disappointing when you have left expensive and meaningful jewellery with them. When I called at opening hours, no answer. When I told them I was going to go to another jeweller, no explanation or rectifying the lack of communication. No experience with their work as we never heard back!!!
Lindsay did an incredible job restoring and resizing a special heirloom ring for me. Friendly team and great results!
