I’ve been driving past this place for years. There are usually 1-2 horses left in an area that faces Cypress-Rosehill Road left in wet muddy pens. Today after a heavy rain overnight there was a horse standing in water past its ankles. Not good at all for them. I say a prayer for them each time but maybe it’s time for new action.So sad for those horses.
