Building a home while juggling work schedules was stressful enough already, so having organized communication made a huge difference. Appointments usually started on time and emails were answered quickly. We noticed one interior door sticking shortly after closing, but warranty service fixed it within days. The house itself feels bright, quiet, and much sturdier than other new builds we toured.
