My wife and I have been patients for a couple of years now -- basically 2-3 visits each year for cleaning, plus my wife receiving a couple of additional treatments. We have found the staff to be friendly and professional. They are good about upcoming appointment reminders and follow-ups, and they have options for service through insurance or payment plans.
Beware! They have a new dentist and staff. Not the same friendly staff we have experienced before. Dr. Dorrance retired, Dr. Spencer moved and the current staff is not very helpful. I live nearby and stopped in because I received a letter from Dr. Dorrance saying they would get in touch with me. A very rude receptionist said NO! I didn't receive such a letter.
