Do not live at this site but a sister site. Generally the worst apartment I have ever rented - the on-site manager (G) shows no respect for the residents and has terrible communication. He will get upset with you for setting boundaries (ie. not letting him enter your unit whenever he pleases for non-emergencies) and try to blame every issue on the tenant. I lived here one year. Was a very bad experience. No security, paper thin door, loud neighbors at all times of the day, even at night. Woman in lower floor was a day care for her grandchildren. Next door neighbors left their apt door open while they cooked. Outdoors was just ugly. Carport ready to fall down. Bill was a character. Not good at doing as promised. Other things I cannot say. I agree with other posting where 1 star was given. It's hard to believe they raised the rent to 1130.

I lived here for two years. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a place to live. First, when I moved in, there were paint dots all over the floor, items left from previous tenants, dust EVERYWHERE, and URINE dried on the toilet. It's clear that no cleaning was done to my unit before I moved in. The on-site, Bill (Who has left two different 5 star reviews for this complex here on google), spilled wax all over my floor, new couch, table, and walls one day and did not tell me about it.
