My boyfriend and I lived here for almost a year before we terminated our lease early. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before renting at Camelot at Townelake. We experienced multiple issues during our time here—most notably recurring water damage on our ceiling that was never properly fixed. Been renting here for about 1.5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the leasing office and maintenance. They work with you and accommodate you with rent, and keep the property clean. I started renting when it was just me, but now being in a relationship the space is getting a little tiny for 2 people, but the space is built well, and the amenities in the apartment are way nicer than other places in the area. I would recommend 🙂

Bob the person who handles the applications was very difficult to work with. The income verification application did not work for me and I proved it to him that I had income going from my employer to my bank account but he did not help or care. Maria was so nice I wish she handled the whole process. She showed me the unit twice and I was ready to finalize. I wish they had someone who was willing to walk through these issues

Do not rent here! They don’t deserve your hard earned money. Camelot west (the newly built apartments) employers are racist and rude and don’t want to rent to people who do not look like them! You can have all the money, clear background, A+ credit and they will make up some crap as to why they denied your application. You can call and email and they will ignore you once you try to figure out why! Don’t say I didn't warn you.

Far from luxury. Extremely thin walls you can hear EVERYTHING. No privacy at all. Not enough parking spaces for residents, management has admitted this to me. Residents are disgusting. Dog poop everywhere, common hallways always dirty walls smeared with bodily fluids. Cleaning crew does their best. I moved in with mold in my garage, been here 5 years and it still hasn’t been cleaned up. Maintenance is clueless. Yearly amenity fees but you still have to pay to use amenities.
