I have only had positive experiences so far! Maintenance is great and everyone at the leasing office is nice and helpful.
My boyfriend and I lived here for almost a year before we terminated our lease early. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before renting at Camelot at Townelake. We experienced multiple issues during our time here—most notably recurring water damage on our ceiling that was never properly fixed. The damage kept spreading and eventually leaking, which ultimately forced us to move out. Parking was another major issue. Been renting here for about 1.5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the leasing office and maintenance. They work with you and accommodate you with rent, and keep the property clean. I started renting when it was just me, but now being in a relationship the space is getting a little tiny for 2 people, but the space is built well, and the amenities in the apartment are way nicer than other places in the area. I would recommend 🙂
Bob the person who handles the applications was very difficult to work with. The income verification application did not work for me and I proved it to him that I had income going from my employer to my bank account but he did not help or care. Maria was so nice I wish she handled the whole process. She showed me the unit twice and I was ready to finalize. I wish they had someone who was willing to walk through these issues
