The property manager, ******, at the ************ location is drama and is sleeping with the maintenance man. The maintenance man is drama and sleeps with all the residents. I used to enjoy this community, but now, this unprofessional nature has caused tension in this building. Hostility. Uncomfortable to live in.
Management of Camelot has never been stellar, but to say that "this is a nice neighborhood" is just no longer accurate (quoted from *************************** on a call where I was informed that I'll be served with a Notice to Vacate in June 2024)The neighborhood has the following problems:Murder of a local politician Rampant car break ins Rampant graffiti (including swastikas and other racist symbols)Residents in fear of assault Residents in fear of break-ins Uncooperative, incompetent and actively hostile local police for... read more

Bella Apartments in ********, ** is the worst apartments ever. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. I had to give a star in order to click leave a review. They dont deserve any stars. I kill over 10 roaches EVERYDAY. I see more than 10 roaches everyday. I just cant kill them all because they move so fast. Every time they come to spray they have to leave me 6 ***** traps in my kitchen. All six are always full of roaches. I find in every room. I also, find them in my refrigerator and refrigerator (dead). I also find... read more

We will investigate this complaint, however, resident has no open work orders and resident is open to request pest services at any time and we will send our certified pest control company to her apartment. We do want to note this resident opted to renew and continue living in the apartment another 13 months until September of this year.

Mailboxes were vandalized in December of 2021. It is April 20th, 2022 and they are still broken. Management tried to assist by having the post office hold our mail. Then they decided they would have it delivered to the front desk and we could retrieve it that way. As of February, all mail is being sent back to sender. We are unable to receive any mail at our place of residence and the management company has dragged their feet for 5 months.This is unacceptable. <div class="ctc-tooltip"></div> <div class="ctc-tooltip"></div>
