Now called Olympus Apartments owned by new management. All bad reviews were about the previous management. The new management has been amazing. They answer every email and phone call and actually want to help. They are also very professional! I had a few issues in my unit that the previous management and maintenance wouldn't fix. Well enough is enough. Issue 1: Today we were notified that there was an “immediate” parking change where now we have to park TWO BUILDINGS AWAY. And someone had a genius (sarcasm) idea to take away all 8 parking spots in front of our building for guests..... because residents come second here. No consideration to those with mobility issues or disabilities and this is NOT what we agreed to when we signed the contract. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND ATROCIOUS! THERE ARE MICE IN MY APARTMENT! LITERALLY A FEW MONTHS INTO MY MOVE IN THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE MICE SITINGS IN HERE I HAVE PICTURES OF THEM ON MICE TRAPS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TOO SEE THEM PLEASE EMAIL ME DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE THE PICTURES THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE BULL S&@!
