Being first time home owners, I wasn't sure what to expect. I asked my realtor, if she had any ideas and she mentioned Nikki, from Camelot abstract. That turned out to be a great decision because of all the hoops I had to jump through buying my first house. Nikki was on top of it every minute of the transaction, between the mortgage company, my realtor, and myself. That was a lot of help because my situation was hard to deal with, and Camelot Abstract made it look easy in my opinion. Would recommend to whoever asked me.
