Excellent service and outstanding matcha, I’ve been there for a tea tasting with my mother in law they made it such a lovely experience ane the teas were I regularly go get my UJI matcha there as well ♥️ even when I get my matcha in regular cafes I am always happy to see it is from camelia sinesis
A wonderful place to explore and taste different types of tea. They are very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about tea, which made the experience feel really special. The decor was beautiful and inviting, and the whole space had such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed spending time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves tea or simply wants to enjoy a unique and peaceful experience.
I came to the shop while visiting Montreal. After going through Reddit trying to find recommendation for best matcha in Montreal this shop was mentioned so I decided to give it a try. I got their ceremonial uji matcha and it’s really good, better than the cheap stuff on Amazon, it has a nice smooth taste. The interior of the shop is also quite nice, they have large selection of other teas as well and you buy a drink of one to try to see if you like. Avis d'un client de longue date chez Camellia Sinensis. J'exprime ma déception. On m'a vendu les mauvais produits après m'avoir induit en erreur, et on reconnaît à moitié l'erreur par téléphone. Je suis passé acheter 50 g de bourgeons Nan Mei, afin de faire des infusions. J'ai explicitement dit au conseiller que j'aurais besoin, en plus du thé sous ce format, de SACHETS afin de faire des infusions RAPIDEMENT, parce qu'il m'arrive d'être pressé en travaillant. Wonderful tea shop and boutique. There's a place to buy a cup of tea and a ton of loose leaf tea (and tea bags) available for purchase. They also have a great selection of teaware from plenty of different ways to make tea. Always a pleasure to stop in here and find the new teas they have.
