Edit (3): I received a notice that the secretary of state suspended this person's notary privileges for 1. Failure to record all required information on their notary record book. 2. Accepting invalid or unacceptable forms of identification for notarizations. Unfortunately they only suspended her for two months, but if you do happen to get scammed by this one, please follow through and report her.
