A Great budget friendly motel right off the highway.. I'm really impressed by this little hotel. I've stayed twice now on the journey from Qld to Vic and it is such a clean and cared for operation. I'm not sure what they are doing to make the beds so comfortable but I've had such a great rest on both occasions, I had lifted the sheets off recently to write down the mattress brand. My room had a bed bug infestation! I had hundreds of bites the next morning. The carpets were filthy! I should have trusted my gut and moved to another motel when I saw how grotty the place was. The good reviews this place has received appear to be quite dated and I can only assume we’re under a prior and more capable management.
The room was very nice and clean, price for the room was great as well, just be careful in the shower the tiles can be slippery.
Yes it was clean and quiet. Reception was tepid at best. Air conditioning cut out on a very hot night, and no it wasn't a blackout. Pool empty. Plants and lawn all dead. An air of neglect throughout.
Good rooms, clean and the manager was friendly everything we needed for a 1 night stop.
