As far as mobile home areas go, this place is calm and well taken care of. Seems like a great place to live.

I don't know where all these people live that they are giving 5 star ratings about, but it isn't this park. This park is a dump, owner is an....I'll just say not a good person and leave it at that. The present owner purchased the park some years ago now, and has done nothing but repave the streets and raised the rent, every chance he legally gets and the max allowable by law.
