My car was rear ended in Montgomery. The other persons insurance took fault so my insurance was not involved and I ended up dealing with a 3rd party on the claim. They totaled my car. Even thought Camellia did not get to repair it Kayla was so helpful in advising me on dealing with the claim. Kayla advised me not to take the first offer. (they came up $4800) She even called the 3rd party insurance and insisted that by Alabama law they had to pay the body shop directly.
