Have called probably 7 or 8 different times over the span of 3 business days and never got an answer. Waited weeks for my quote just for them not to have it completed. Communication is lacking and I have already got an estimate, order, and install date from local competitor, all in 2 days time. 2 days time. It took yall 3 weeks to not even get me my quote.
Good professional job, nice courteous people, worked hard the whole time they were here. Reasonable rates. Appt at 10 showed up at 1, what else is new. The staff kept me informed as to when they would get there and reason why they'd be late so I wont deduct stars.
