I would like to preface this review with saying I’ve never had a bad experience here with Cindy, however the last two times I’ve come she has been booked (even though one of the times I called to make an appointment and specifically requested her and was confirmed… but I digress). Place is beautiful but all employees (most) I’ve had do not do a good job for their prices. Their website to book with employees isn’t accurate. I get charged different prices with different employees for the same services. They work with their own products/tools besides the polishes. Dissatisfied every time for pedicures, gel manicures and hard gel services.
The staff is amazing and I don’t go anywhere else. Pedicure and the manicures. I just feel like $1 million when I leave there.
This was a horrible experience with something so simple like Gel X, I called and I was asked to come in another day with the same person that did this horrible job is in again so they can fix it 😂😂😂😂 unbelievable, beautiful salon but they need to train their staff better if they are going to to offer this service. I couldn’t understand anything. Do not recommend
The tech I had was good for a bit where I was booking her everytime I went even though she didn’t take the time to care for my nails as another post said I would get cuts and I feel that hands should be washed and dried before putting your fingers in the dip powder due to bacteria. This visit I went in with an appointment like I always do, and she was working on someone else, she told me 10 minutes and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she was late, instead she said if you can’t wait you can see someone else.
