The staff is amazing and I don’t go anywhere else. Pedicure and the manicures. I just feel like $1 million when I leave there.

This was a horrible experience with something so simple like Gel X, I called and I was asked to come in another day with the same person that did this horrible job is in again so they can fix it 😂😂😂😂 unbelievable, beautiful salon but they need to train their staff better if they are going to to offer this service. I couldn’t understand anything. Do not recommend

The tech I had was good for a bit where I was booking her everytime I went even though she didn’t take the time to care for my nails as another post said I would get cuts and I feel that hands should be washed and dried before putting your fingers in the dip powder due to bacteria. This visit I went in with an appointment like I always do, and she was working on someone else, she told me 10 minutes and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she was late, instead she said if you can’t wait you can see someone else. Rushed service. Nicked my cuticles 3 times. Reusable metal nail tools came in a "sterilization pouch" however the pouch was open and had never been sealed, and had not been run through an autoclave or dry heat sterilizer as the heat indicator was not activated on the pouch. Station I was at had the same towel with ALL the clipped cuticles from other customers who sat there earlier that day. Gel was thick and wide on multiple nails. Only positive thing was the nail art was pretty good.

The most rushed pedicure I've ever had. no conversation on what I wanted and my toes are not cut evenly. Salon was not busy at all. Maybe they should pay attention more to work then on their phones.
