I would give her a zero if I could. The way she treats her tenants, is terrible to say the least. I wouldn't NOT recommend her as a lawyer OR landlord. I have pictures of the place when I moved in vs out. No damage was done! She neglected to address the mold in the unit until last minute and then put the issue on her tenants instead of offering proper compensation for the days we were displaced from our home. What started out as a seemingly positive business venture with Camella Coone, ended in flames at the expense of my husband & I. We hired Ms. Coone's firm to serve as our title company, and as a result were literally out of house and home for three whole days. Our calls were left unanswered, our pleadings ignored, and negated promises of waived fees lead to money stolen out of our pockets.
