I love Dr Salanta but the staff is ridiculous when it comes to completing referrals and etc. Also, they NEVER answer the phones. I've called so many times with no answer and leave voice-mails with no return back. I've missed specialist appointments due to this. I'm on the verge of finding a new doctor because of the staff. As of now I'm still waiting on a referral to be completed and left a recent voice-mail, if not completed I'm just go start the process of looking for a new pcp. She accepts too many patients that she doesn’t have time for to even review chart before seeing patients. She tries to bring patients back so often to charge as much as possible and making patients wait really long time in the waiting room for each appointment. Not recommended based on ethical issue and her negligence
