I originally reached out to the contact number on file two days ago about an estimate to simply mow the lawn. I was referred by a current customer who lives in the same neighborhood and uses their services. I have yet to receive an estimate. All that was requested of me was my address and this was after my second attempt contacting the company number. SMH.
Missed appointment times for estimates twice. 2 straights days. Did not even bothered to pick up the phone or reply with some texts to see what happened.If they are like that to estimate and don't even show up, I don't even imagine what to expect from their work. Really bad experience.
