The best doctors surgery! The reception team are always so friendly, helpful and contact /communication is second to none. Wonderful GP's and nurses, couldn't recommend more highly.

Only drawback is the parking , if no spaces available then it's a bit of a walk to get there from Temple Cloud
I understand the need for a luxurious 2 hour lunch but perhaps you could stagger them so that someone is available to answer the phone. Illness doesn't stop for lunch.
Cameley & Harptree surgeries form part of the same group, which has some good GPs and helpful staff. The practice has been through quite a few challenges and changes over the past few years and the service (in my experience) has been variable. However, they do appear to be trying to do better. Their recently introduced 'triage' system seems to work and I obtained very prompt treatment when needed.
