I continue to choose the Camelback Subaru service center over the ones in Flagstaff and Chandler and don’t mind driving to Camelback because of the outstanding customer service experience. It is easier to get in quickly, for example for next day appointments. The other centers didn’t have a rental car option for me, and with my busy schedule I don’t have half a day to spend in the waiting room or wait for courtesy shuttles. I simply love getting my car serviced at Camelback Subaru. Rebecca is our gal she is always on top of everything communicating everything keeping us aware of everything in process. Thank you to everyone there doing what they do.
There were many challenges that had to be overcome during this service visit. Kudos to Rebecca for making adjustments on the fly to make sure my car was repaired correctly and delivered on time.
