We brought our Subaru to Camelback Subaru for an oil change and left feeling as though the goal was to find expensive problems rather than provide a straightforward service. Despite my vehicle running normally, the oil change technician told us there was oil in the coolant and claimed we needed a head gasket, radiator, and compressor with an estimated repair cost of $9,000. Iain has been my primary service contact, and the reason I continue coming to Camelback service/maintenance on my 3 Subis over the years. Was looking at a car here a couple weeks ago just to feel out the car. The salesman i talked to was nice and went out of his way but didn’t know anything about the cars. I wanted to get a quote and look at what other options dealers had. They called a couple times all offering the same thing. I finally asked if the could do anything better? From start to finish, AMAZING!!!!! I walked in frustrated after leaving my car to get serviced at another dealership. I knew my intentions were to trade in or sell that car anyway, so I walked over to Subaru and knew exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure just hard work to answer all my questions and allow me to test drive the two models I was comparing. The process literally only took 4 hours. I have never walked in a dealership and walked out when the sun was still shining. Great customer service!
