I had an issue with the check engine light and the code. After two appointments with the service department they were able to resolve the problem. A special shout out to Dejon, Chloe, and Frank for going above and beyond in order to get me on the road in time for my trip. :)
We came in excited to buy a 2026 Crosstrek Limited and initially had a pleasant experience. However, the tone shifted noticeably once financing came into the conversation. I had an overall great experience. Austin in particular was very friendly and helped me get my new Crosstrek. The first day I came in we went for a test drive and I really liked the car so I signed for it the same day. HOWEVER, whoever I spoke to in finance, I believe is name is Matt, just flat out lied to me. I was offered an extended warranty which we ended up negotiating down to $20 a month for the duration of my loan (meaning if I paid the loan in 12 months I would pay $240 for the warranty but still keep the coverage fo... read more
