Firstly, day of my apointment staff super friendly and helpfull. The gripe i have is when i made the apointment they said be about 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. When i came in they said they were busy and be over 3 hours. Whats the point of the apointment
The overall experience was good with VW camelback. Mylene the sales person was alright, but Luis Gonzalez was the reason VW gets a 5 star. Best finance manager I’ve dealt with by far. I went in ready for a new car to me and get rid of the ol VW GTI. Didn’t start off amazing, as I had an appointment at 8 with Mylene as she responded to an inquiry the night before.
