I have lived here for 6 years and when I moved here, it was great. Being a Senior retired on SSI the rent was controlled by your income. Fast Forward: Last year a new mgmt Co. Took over. The things have gone WAY down hill. They have raised the rent 2 times. Every year we get a COLA raise and they raise the rent a few dollars more than the COLA. We won't go on to the maintenance or how the grounds are kept now. Mgmt told me that new tenants will be paying $800+ . What retired senior on SSI can afford that.
Management behavior and language is DISCGUSTING. Will NOT complete basic maintenance. If ANY residents ask for help they are ignored or charged. Single elderly adults and disabled children have been evicted in mass amounts since late last year. Mostly elderly live here and all the other people have children.
