Wrong information with our Travel consultant. Told us that we could purchase a one-day pass in the Montreal airport for our. Six hour layover. Completely wrong. Cannot purchase the day of, and our ticket was purchased through United air as opposed to Air Canada so we’re not even eligible to be able to purchase this pass for the lounge. I would think twice about dealing with this company and especially Joe Galli.

This travel company is unprofessional and plays the bait and switch game. I tried working in good faith with Cassandra and after paying the advance booking fee, she tried to pitch a $50,000 trip for me and my wife. Then after feedback she went dark for over a month and then finally pared it back to $25,000 for a "meh" set of hotels and tours that I could have done for less than $12k.
