This travel company is unprofessional and plays the bait and switch game. I tried working in good faith with Cassandra and after paying the advance booking fee, she tried to pitch a $50,000 trip for me and my wife. Then after feedback she went dark for over a month and then finally pared it back to $25,000 for a "meh" set of hotels and tours that I could have done for less than $12k. We recently engaged Nick Moran at Camelback Odyssey Travel for two trips, Hawaii and a weekend in St Michaels MD. I highly recommend him. Nick was very insightful to guide our choices, clearly well-travelled with personal experiences. I normally do all my own booking so I am not an easy client asking lots of detailed questions.
