So I took my car in for service for extended warranty on my fuel pump. While I was there, it took approximately 15 minutes for a sales service advisor to come and attend me. I have never experienced this when I had a set appointment. Plus nobody greeted me. Usually I'm used to people coming to my car and saying, Who are you servicing with? I read some bad press here before deciding to come. They actually took good care of my vehicle. I had some questions about additional services they were telling me were suggested at the multipoint inspection, and Jordan gave me his honest advice based on previous maintenance I had given to my vehicle before moving in here, all of which helped me make good decisions about the proper maintenance that was really necessary. I found this very valuable to me. Would definitely come back.
