This was my first experience getting service at Camelback Collision Center. They charged me $500 for a small dent on my car. Unfortunately, when they returned the vehicle to me, they had forgotten to reattach the inner panel of the rear door. This made it clear that they only performed minor tapping from the inside to fix the dent — nothing was replaced, and the paint scratches on the dented area were still visible. This place is operated by less than honest people. They kept my vehicle for 5 weeks then they tell me it’s a total wreck. I decided to keep the vehicle and now they won’t release it because the new story today is the insurance owes them money for storage so they won’t give me my vehicle back. Stay away from this “business” if you can. Now it looks like I have to pay a lawyer to get my vehicle back. Absolutely the very worst service possible.
