Absolutely terrible. She was over an hour late and wldnt have shown up at all if I hadn’t called her. Her partner was extremely rude. Then it took her over a week to get the appraisal to the mortgage company. The final let down was the biggest bc she low balled our appraisal and screwed us over for our loan. Everyone was shocked especially the agent for our mortgage company. He ended up taking her off of their list of choices to use for future appraisals.
