Stunning & rugged. Gentle, loved camels, & great crew around us.
The 5 days away wasn't enough! Walking slowly alongside the camels each day was a perfect way to be present in the moment and take in the beauty of the landscape. The camels were intriguing creatures and you could see how much they were cared for by Karen and her staff. The whole trip was great from the transport in the Oka to the campfires to the delicious meals served. I would definitely love to return for longer next time!
What an amazing and magical experience. The landscape is rugged and captivating, the camels are loved and treated well, all of the staff were very welcoming and supportive, the food was great, and the bigger swags were a blessing. Being the first trek of the season I can't say it was a well oiled machine, but in saying that, it didn't detract from the experience.
The most amazing holiday I ever had 🤩 highly recommend for anyone interested in the desert, camels, stillness, star filled skies and lovely company 🤩
The most unique and eco friendly trip ever. Fabulous camping experience. The camels are so well cared for. A holiday I would recommend to anyone looking for something different.
