I purchased a new car and got the membership. One of the weather strips from my car's roof was pulled by the machine. Furtunately it was found, but the guy at the car wash told me they are not responsible for that kind of things. I decided to cancel my membership, but the guy never canceled it and I'm still been charged... I called and they say they can cancel it , but will have to check about refunding the money.
This location has fallen off REALLY BAD... I'd been here since it was Camel, which was great, but now that it's Whistle Express, the staff is lazy-looking, unfriendly and rude, the equipment is ALWAYS faulty, location network is limited, it's just gone downhill fast... I just switched to LUV and it's 50x better!!!! Equipment there is maintained well, you get 2 washes per day instead of just 1, pressurized air is POWERFUL, staff is ON-POINT, it's just a better overall experience.
