If I could give this review 100 gold stars, they would all be because of Patrick's fabulous customer service. I'm not the most technology literate person. As soon as I pulled up to the machine to chose what service I'd like, within 30 seconds Mr. Patrick was there to assist me. He was very knowledgeable, has a fabulous personality, kind, and his patience in explaining all the services was exemplary. Here’s a thought. On a weekend when a new member is signing up, open both lanes so current members don’t have to wait 15 mins to get in! 🤦♂️
