Incompetence is their trade mark. They can't get billing correct. Multi car discount wasn't applied when they said it would be. Military discount took months to get applied. Then an additional recurring charge showed up, so I have been paying for 3 cars, and I only have 2. And the wash doesn't work as advertised quite often. STAY AWAY!
A little pricy @ $14 for a single car wash.
I'm a fan of the quick convenient carwash.. I'm a fan of this service.. A quality time saver!!... HOWEVER.. The vacuum hoses are so filthy, it ruins your clothes if the hose touches you.. Today was the third time I had to return home to change out my shorts!..
This place is great! And on top of that, amazing customer service. A shout out to James at the front drive-through who was so patient and so helpful to me on my very first trip. And another big shout out and thank you to the young lady, whose name I did not get, who helped me as I was going through the wash. I am a senior lady and had never done that before and these two were so kind. I received this membership as a gift, can’t think of a better gift ever!
The wash quality went down and we canceled the monthly service but the company continue to charged us monthly for over the last 6 months! Called, don't pick up, voicemail, no response.
