I am a member and I just received the worst car wash I have ever had at this location. Large roller didn’t work, small rollers on the side didn’t work, air dryers didn’t work. My car was actually dirtier after I left the car wash. Most of the time they are great, with great service and a good wash. They need to fix whatever was broken and not working. Very disappointed this time.
I came to was my vehicle and was very pleasantly surprised with great sevice, very good car wash, great amenities sush as rags, cleaning sprays, etc but was most impressed by an amazing staff. Landon and Ciearra were extremely nice and friendly, and for me set this car wash head and shoulders above any others I've used in Jacksonville. A++
I am always impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the supplies are in this location. The vacuums are consistently well maintained as well. All of the staff appear to be well satisfied with their jobs and deliver good customer service. My last visit I had the pleasure of meeting Landon who was a real standout! I could not praise him enough!
Landon is great and helped me without complaint and was friendly, kind and knowledgeable! Vacuums, car wash, mat cleaners, towels, cleaning supplies are always available and working great! work great My car is super clean
I have three cars with monthly memberships and I wanted to remove the one that I barely drive. I am so impressed with Landon that handled the transaction. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism so much so that I thought he was the Manager. It is apparent that Landon is working in an environment that he has a great passion for! Thanks Landon!!
