Some issue with our bank card. Funds were there. They gave us a great wash, great service, very understanding. Silly technology glitches in payment processing. 5 stars
Jen and the entire staff are professional and more than accommodating! This is the best car washing service I’ve ever had! Love this place best in Ormond hands down!!

Cora at the University Car Wash in Jacksonville is awesome. She always goes out of her way to clean the vacuum areas, fill bottles with solutions and still keep a smile on her face. She should be the MANAGER of this location.
