This was a pleasant place to visit but I think that the product that they sell is far too expensive! But I’m aware that camel meat is a wiser/healthier choice too eat then regular beef.
I booked a tour to take my kids to see camels, but unfortunately my child experienced bad car sickness, causing multiple unplanned stops and delaying our arrival by nearly 45 minutes. Upon reaching the farm, we were turned away as we hadn't called to update them on our delay, despite the website indicating the farm was open until noon. We thought if we missed the tour, we might be able to at lease quickly see the camels. Unfortunately there was no consideration. Fabulous experience Learned enormous amount about a fascinating animal.
I went to the Camel Farm with the Ladies Probus Club of Scone. We had a great morning and got up close to the camels with some relevant information on their lifestyle. It was a very relaxed and fun morning with our friendly host and staff. I would heartily recommend a visit. Stephanie 👍👍
