If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First, I paid 30 dollars for the “best” option and after coming out the other side there were still dirts smears all over my truck, it missed about 2 feet on the back of my tailgate and the front of my truck was still covered in bugs. Unfortunately that wasn’t the worst part. There were chips in my paint and windshield. I filed a claim and the manager reached out to tell me my claim was denied and they would not be held responsible. I bought my truck 3 weeks prior to this happening... read more
One of the most popular car washes in Nashville. Probably because it's one of the best. Check em out.
Car wash is clean, efficient (with the monthly/autopay sticker), and the vacuums, trash, rags are great. Staff is friendly, always going around collecting trash, making sure cars are moving, etc. highly recommend! The only downside to it being such a great crash with no others nearby: it’s busy! But there has only been one time in the first six months of membership that I haven’t had a spot for a vacuum.
It has become too crowded so the lines are too long and it is hard to find a bay with a vacuum. They need a dedicated lane for fast pass customers so you don't get stuck behind people who can't figure out how to pay. Otherwise the free towels and customer service make this a great car wash.
