I started going to Camel City my sophomore year of high school (2 years ago). It is one of the best choices I have made in my life. All the coaches are awesome and as a softball athlete it has increased power, speed,strength and endurance. I have met some phenomenal people that cheer me on in the gym and life. I remember being so scared at first but being pushed out of my comfort zone allowed me to grow. Came in town for the Christmas with my in-laws and didn’t want to lose a week of momentum. My goodness, what a super fun box! All the coaches were incredible - great energy, helpful tips, well prepared and structured Wods. The community is fantastic too - so very hospitable and welcoming. Everyone said hi, everyone celebrates each other’s efforts. People are intentional to make you feel safe, part of the group, and energized to improve and grow. I was in the area for this past Christmas. The call back was very prompt. I did a several days of drop-in classes. My sister who is athletic but not a Crossfiter decided to join. Reggie the owner along with the coaches during the class I attended were friendly. The environment was fun and competitive! I will attend when I am in the area. They have a really nice gym with plenty of equipment! So far one of my favorite vibes
