Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced this company sells faulty products and then can’t replace the part been waiting 4 months for a simple air pressure switch and no one at this company will answer calls/ emails/ give a ETA nothing I highly recommend anyone with a camec hot water system replace with any other brand on the market
