We still haven’t been able to get our washing machine sorted, and the advice provided has been extremely limited. Customer service has been very poor, it takes days to receive a response, and then several more days to get a follow-up. We’ve been told parts aren’t available because the machine has been discontinued, yet these washing machines are installed in thousands of caravans. Very knowledgeable
Great store that is now centrally located, large range of products and parts, parking can be a challenge as there is a office works next door. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend for all caravan and camper needs!
Exactly what I needed. Got all van needs
Crap new location. And don't expect the staff to get the stuff you tell them you need correct & buy it only to travel back home to the country to find none of it was the correct stuff for the repair. To take it back with receipt to be told no you only have like 14 days to return. We'll guess what you lost a customer & more money being spent in your store. Recommend people find elsewhere to deal then this place.
