Customer service was completely unacceptable. Cables didn't work. Took a month to finally get a cable that did work. Then Internet Key for Sim card didn't work. Tech support were ill-informed of Hero11 camera as well as the Mac operating environment. CloudX offers broken link when trying to download an image. NO CAM-DO! I was initially in contact with CamDo sales rep Harry White about ordering a GoPro setup. In mid-March, he reached out with news of a new DataLens camera expected later that month. It looked promising, so I changed my order, trusting—based on the sales messaging—that it would ship within a few weeks. I was sold a pre-sale item without being told it was such. When I reached out repeatedly to the sales person Harry White to enquire, he was very slow to respond or did not respond. When he did reply he gave me more lies about the ship dates. The product still has no arrived and our construction project is well under way, so I reached out for a refund. I have been a Cam-Do customer for over 5 years. Multiple UpBlinks in use. Their support is AMAZING. Super quick response to my issues. I have and use the Cloud-X subscriptions as well as the FTP license option. KUDOS to Cam-Do, the development team and the support team - especially Matt!
Just wanted to say the team at Camdo are super! Every time I have a question they give me detailed instructions within 24hrs (or sooner) to resolve my issue. Thank you for the constant follow up even after purchase!
