Horrific place. The absolute uncaring and indifferent nature of these "medical professionals" is horrifying. I could LITERALLY hop the border to MEXICO and get better medical care than I would at this VA facility after disabling myself for AMERICA!!
coming from Phoenix Arizona this clinic was by far the most courteous staff and attentive doctors and nurses i have expierienced since signing up for the VA system! Love this clinic
Admin staff works hard.. Medical staff is poor. No follow up on medical issues. Would not trust them to place a bandaid on a bobo..
Great place.
My husband had 2 appointments back to back, but yet sat in waiting room for approximately 1 hr for second appointment while others went a head of him. When asked why, the lady said I got side tracked and told him he was supposed to check in for 2nd appointment. Seriously she waited on him the first time back and saw him coming out and sat right in front of her. Seriously wow, new doctors every time he goes and this is not the first time of being over looked.
