Admin staff works hard.. Medical staff is poor. No follow up on medical issues. Would not trust them to place a bandaid on a bobo..
Great place.
My husband had 2 appointments back to back, but yet sat in waiting room for approximately 1 hr for second appointment while others went a head of him. When asked why, the lady said I got side tracked and told him he was supposed to check in for 2nd appointment. Seriously she waited on him the first time back and saw him coming out and sat right in front of her. Seriously wow, new doctors every time he goes and this is not the first time of being over looked.
This clinic is horrible. Can’t keep a doctor working there. Was almost paralyzed this year due to the doctor’s negligence. PCPs are constantly leaving and really don’t care about the patient. Since Doctor Sommners retired the clinic has gone downhill even with the new building in Camdenton, MO.
