My family lived there for a year and we cannot say enough fantastic things about Camden Woods. The Condo itself was amazing, very upscale and the fit/finish was incredible. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool! Their maintenance staff is extremely quick to respond and they take care of EVERYTHING you need! Meredith Schuerger (property manager) is AMAZING!! We have lived in Camden Woods for just over a year and the experience has been stellar. Meredith the property manager was awesome in the tour and leasing process, and is always answering questions or responding to maintenance requests promptly. It’s a great community!

The homes are decent and the property manager is pleasant, but the amenities have declined quickly in just a few months. The clubhouse, which requires an extra fee, originally had a Nespresso machine—now downgraded to a cheaper K-Cup machine—and we were recently told to bring our own mugs because disposable cups are likely too expensive. The fridge that once had drinks and water is now empty, and community events have disappeared.
