The homes are decent and the property manager is pleasant, but the amenities have declined quickly in just a few months. The clubhouse, which requires an extra fee, originally had a Nespresso machine—now downgraded to a cheaper K-Cup machine—and we were recently told to bring our own mugs because disposable cups are likely too expensive. The fridge that once had drinks and water is now empty, and community events have disappeared.
